you should have ignition key turned on to apply that setting.

You need setup battery settings in controller correctly and it should work fine, unless they have some vendor lock.

How does this compare to torp500?
X100 better with a Nucularp24f.. Torp are Idiot proof with less setting. Exemple if you have a probleme with you temp sensor... Torp have no possibility too cancel or bypass de code. And the stats are not realy good and give you an average KW not a reel KW . Surron have a 90a battery and its impossible to run over this with nucular. But with torp yess..its SIMULATE a 120a but in fact you are not at 120a. 😑
My phase cables don't seem to follow the "longer in the middle" of color code in your video. They are, however, labeled U,V, and W. Do I connect those labels to their corresponding letter on the controller?
You can connect them in any order, autosetup will do the rest

@@nxdboi No, it is default behavior. If you have set disable button to switch in extra settings it should turn off after a breaker quickly.
@@NucularElectronics Awesome. I finished the video and heard you reference it, so my bad for jumping the gun. I do have one thing that was not referenced in the video, however, there is a hissing sound coming the bike when light throttle is applied, before the bike starts to move. Should I be concerned? Did I do something on installation?

Does this work within the safety range of stock bms/stock motor. Or does it override and potentially damage stock motor and stock battery?
As long you have temperature sensor configured for motor - it is very safe to use. Non-bypassed battery also pretty safe, but you should keep eye on battery temperature, high temperatures decrease life span of battery cells
How can I update my controller, I try and it says error
Make sure that your file not renamed and dont have any "(1)" or "(2)" in the name. Copy NContr.bin to sd card (FAT32) and insert SD into display. Start update.

Can a controller that runs a Hall effect system be converted to run an encoder system or will a new controller be required
P24F controller can run both hall and encoder, if you have other controller model better check if it has encoder input

Yes! :)
The JWPF training video at DigiKey shows crimping the terminals on first and then pushing the terminals through the seal and not removing the seal from the connector body.
I made custom JWPF seals that stay waterproof when there is no wires inside, also it is made for smaller wire diameter. So assembly procedure is different.

How to disassemble the connector? The orange rubber part looks quite squeezed into the connector. How to pull that out when all 6 wires used?
You will need a needle to pull plastic part to release pin, then sligtly pull wire to move pin away a bit, repeat that for all pins and then seal can be extracted together with all pins same way as i showed on video

Why not doing it on LEVELED ROAD.. not in a slope DOWNHILL!... It is easy to gain 15-20kmh on a negative slope!.. Normally Dragy will show if it is VERIFIED or not.. and when it is VERIFIED, it will show the slope value! Sorry, No world record!.. unless you want a downhill world record!
согласен, у меня модифицированный кромотор и 24F и на затяжных спусках разгонял до 117кмч (плоскость только 98), 92V , батарейный 100А. Думаю при 150А можно с горки тоже рекорды ставить :)

cant get a 12F right now at all,, because they dont make 6F and 12F at the moment, i ordered a 12F one year ago, only controller they make at the moment is the 24F wich has a long wait time, i have a 24F + a Display and Ulight coming soon because i know a guy who has a spare 24F ...if you need something asap find it from a third party or buy something else.
